Target Information
Core subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), believed to belong to the minimal assembly required for catalysis. Complex I functions in electron transfer from NADH to the respiratory chain, with ubiquinone as the immediate electron acceptor.
