Product Specific Information

This SF1-1.1.1 monoclonal antibody reacts with the H-2Kd MHC class I alloantigen. H-2Kd is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8. Reactivity to other haplotypes (e.g. b, j, k, p, q, s, and v) has not been observed.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes.
Recommended usage ≤ 0.5 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number may vary from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test. Antibody titration recommended for optimal performance.

Super Bright 436 can be excited with the violet laser line (405 nm) and emits at 436 nm. A 450/50 bandpass filter or equivalent is recommended. Verify instrument compatibility before use.

When using multiple Super Bright dye-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.
