Product Specific Information
The 28-14-8 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC class I, H-2D^b, and cross-reacts with H-2L^d, H-2D^q, and/or H-2L^q. Binding of 28-14-8 to the alpha 3 domain of H-2L^d is not dependent on beta2-microglobulin.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested on mouse splenocytes at ≤1.0 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Optimal titration recommended for best performance.
Super Bright 436 can be excited with a violet laser (405 nm) and emits at 436 nm. Recommended filter: 450/50 bandpass or equivalent. Ensure instrument compatibility.
When using multiple Super Bright dye-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.
