Product Specific Information

1 µg/mL was sufficient for detection of KDEL receptor in 20 µg monkey Vero cell lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:AP as the secondary. Detects approximately 25 kDa.
