- Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Orangutan, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Bovine, Dog, Bat, Elephant, Panda, Horse, Rabbit, Pig (100%).
- For IHC(P), use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer.
- After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Target Information
LINGO1 is a functional component of the Nogo receptor signaling complex (RTN4R/NGFR) in RhoA activation responsible for inhibition of axonal regeneration by myelin-associated factors. It also acts as a negative regulator of oligodendrocyte differentiation and axonal myelination. LINGO1 functions with RTN4 and RTN4R in regulating neuronal precursor cell motility during cortical development. [UniProt]
