Product Specific Information
- A 1:2,000 dilution was sufficient for detection of FKBP51 in approximately 50 µg total protein using WB analysis.
- Detects approximately 51 kDa.
Target Information
FKBP5는 면역조절 및 단백질 접힘, 수송에 관여하는 immunophilin 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다. FKBP5는 FK506 및 라파마이신과 결합하는 cis-trans prolyl isomerase로, calcineurin 억제에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 또한 90 kDa heat shock protein 및 P23 단백질과 함께 성숙한 progesterone receptor 복합체와 기능적으로 상호작용합니다. FKBP5 유전자는 다중 polyadenylation 부위를 가지며, 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 다양한 전사체 변이체를 생성합니다.
