Target Information
MAP3K5 (ASK1)는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, 인간의 심장과 췌장에서 풍부하게 발현되며, 사이토카인, 성장인자, 환경적 스트레스 등 다양한 자극에 의해 활성화됩니다. ASK1은 MKK4 및 MKK6을 활성화시켜 각각 JNK 및 p38 MAP kinase 경로를 조절합니다. TNFR 및 Fas 신호를 통해 TRAF 및 Daxx 단백질과 상호작용하며, 과발현 시 세포사멸을 유도하고, 비활성형 ASK1은 TNF-α 유도 세포사멸을 억제합니다. 인간과 마우스의 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다.
