Target Information
Clone 1135 recognizes SRC-1, a steroid receptor coactivator-1. SRC-1 is a member of a gene family that functions in the full transcriptional activation of the steroid hormone receptor superfamily and possesses intrinsic histone acetyltransferase activity. SRC-1 has a molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa and contains a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH)-PAS domain.
