Product Specific Information

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems clone specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits, followed by screening to select optimal clones for production.
Advantages include:

  • Enhanced specificity and sensitivity
  • Lot-to-lot consistency
  • Animal origin-free formulations
  • Broader immunoreactivity due to the larger rabbit immune repertoire

Target Information

RALBP1 specifically activates hydrolysis of GTP bound to RAC1 and CDC42, but not RALA. It mediates ATP-dependent transport of S-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-glutathione (DNP-SG) and doxorubicin (DOX), serving as a major transporter of glutathione conjugates and xenobiotics in erythrocytes.
It functions as a scaffold protein, assembling endocytotic complexes during interphase and interacting with CDC2 to regulate endocytosis. One known substrate is EPN1/Epsin.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
