Target Information

Tryptase는 주로 비만세포(mast cell)에 존재하는 세린 프로테아제 계열 단백질로, 염증 및 조직 복구 과정에서 다른 단백질을 절단하고 활성화하는 역할을 합니다. 또한 혈압 조절에 관여하며, 천식, 알레르기, 심혈관 질환 등 다양한 질환과 관련이 있습니다. Tryptase는 4개의 동일한 소단위체로 이루어진 사량체(tetramer) 구조를 가지며, 전구효소 형태에서 단백질분해 효소에 의해 활성화됩니다.
