Target Information
Mucin glycoprotein은 Sialyl Lewis A 구조를 가지며, type 1 혈액형 전구체 사슬로부터 합성되고 Lewis A 및/또는 Lewis B 혈액형 항원을 발현하는 개인에서 존재합니다. 정상 조직에서는 유방, 신장, 침샘, 땀샘의 관상 상피에서 발현됩니다. 위장관(GI) 암종, 특히 위, 장, 췌장의 선암종에서 혈청 및 종양 세포 내 발현이 크게 증가합니다.
수술 전 I기 췌장암 환자의 CA19-9 수치는 수술 후 정상 수준으로 감소하며, 반복 측정 시 영상학적 또는 임상적 재발보다 먼저 질병 재발을 예측할 수 있습니다.
