This antibody is expected to show broad species reactivity.
For Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
For formalin-fixed tissues, heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Cytokeratin pan is part of a subfamily of intermediate filament proteins characterized by biochemical diversity, represented in human epithelial tissues by at least 20 different polypeptides.
Cytokeratins range in molecular weight between 40–68 kDa and have an isoelectric pH between 4.9–7.8.
Their expression patterns are characteristic of epithelial type and differentiation stage, useful for distinguishing epithelial malignancies.
Cytokeratin antibodies assist in tumor differential diagnosis via immunohistochemistry, cytopathology, and flow cytometry.
