Target Information
ETS1 (c-Ets-1; v-ets erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 1 (avian); ETS-1; EWSR2; p54)은 441 아미노산으로 구성된 DNA 결합 ETS 단백질 패밀리의 구성원입니다.
본 단백질은 N-말단의 pointed domain, 중앙의 transactivation domain, 그리고 양쪽에 위치한 auto-inhibitory domain과 C-말단의 보존된 Ets domain으로 구성되어 있습니다.
ETS1은 PEBP2alphaA, p300/CBP 등 다양한 인자와 상호작용하며 Osteopontin, Presenilin-1, Stromelysin, Collagenase의 전사활성을 매개합니다.
Ras/MAPK 신호에 의해 활성화되며, 휴지기 T세포에서 발현이 증가합니다.
AP-1, Sp-1, c-myb, MafB 등의 인자에 의해 조절되고, Sp100은 핵 내에서 ETS1을 활성화합니다.
ETS1은 EAP1/Daxx와 상호작용하여 MMP1 및 BCL2 전사활성을 억제하며, STAT6과 결합해 IL-4에 의해 유도되는 Socs-1 발현을 조절합니다.
또한 GATA3와 상호작용하여 Tax-1 의존적 IL-5 발현을 양성 조절합니다.
