Target Information
이 유전자는 GTPase 계열의 septin 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, 세포질 분열(cytokinesis)에 필수적입니다. 인간 기형암 세포주에서 레티노산에 의해 발현이 증가하며, 두 가지 전사 변이체가 존재하여 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화합니다. 특정 기능은 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다.
