Target Information
Chromogranin A (CHGA)는 신경내분비 분비 단백질 계열인 chromogranin/secretogranin 패밀리에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 신경세포 및 내분비세포의 분비 소포에 존재하며, vasostatin, pancreastatin, parastatin 세 가지 생물학적 활성 펩타이드의 전구체로 작용합니다.
이들 펩타이드는 신경내분비 시스템의 자가 또는 측분비 음성 조절자로 기능합니다.
CHGA는 카르시노이드 종양, 갈색세포종, 부신경절종 및 기타 신경내분비 종양의 우수한 마커로 알려져 있습니다.
