IGF1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor, CD221)은 IGF-1 및 IGF-2에 의해 활성화되는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 다양한 암 발현과 관련이 있습니다. 이 단백질은 두 개의 알파 서브유닛과 두 개의 베타 서브유닛으로 구성된 테트라머 형태를 가지며, 알파 서브유닛은 IGF-1에 대해 높은 친화성을 보입니다. 리간드 결합 후 수용체는 1134, 1135, 1136번 위치에서 자가 인산화되며, 이후 RAS, RAF, ERK, p38, JNK 등의 경로를 통해 세포 증식 관련 유전자 발현을 유도합니다.
