Product Specific Information
- For maximum recovery, spin prior to use.
- Aliquots of 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes are not recommended; use material in original packaging until exhausted.
- For larger sizes, reduce freeze/thaw cycles by preparing aliquots (do not make aliquots below 20 µL).
- Never store kinase diluted.

Target Information
SGKL (SGK3) is a serine/threonine protein kinase similar to serum- and glucocorticoid-induced protein kinase (SGK). Unlike SGK, SGKL is not induced by serum or glucocorticoids but by signals activating phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase. It phosphorylates several target proteins and plays a role in neutral amino acid transport and activation of potassium and chloride channels. Alternate transcriptional splice variants encoding different isoforms have been characterized.
