For larger sizes, aliquoting may reduce freeze/thaw cycles, but aliquots below 20 µL are not recommended.

RPS6KA4 (MSK2) is a serine/threonine protein kinase essential for regulating various cellular processes.
It contains two non-identical kinase catalytic domains and phosphorylates substrates such as CREB1 and c-fos.
Alternate transcriptional splice variants have been observed but not thoroughly characterized.
