Target Information

ROCK2는 골격근에서 주요 ROCK isoform으로, Rho GTPases 하류에서 중요한 조절자 역할을 합니다. 세포질분열, 평활근 수축, actin stress fiber 및 focal adhesion 형성, 그리고 c-fos serum response element 활성화에 관여합니다. ROCK1의 isozyme으로, 소형 GTPase Rho의 표적 단백질입니다.
