Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)은 130 kDa 막 당단백질로, scavenger receptor cysteine-rich superfamily의 구성원이며 hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체입니다.
CD163은 자유 헤모글로빈으로 인한 산화 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하고, 철분의 흡수 및 재활용에 관여합니다.
주로 염증 후기 단계의 인간 단핵구 및 대식세포 표면에서 발현되며, IL-10, IL-6, dexamethasone에 의해 상향 조절됩니다.
LPS 및 PMA는 CD163을 세포 표면에서 shedding 시켜 혈장 또는 배양액으로 방출시킵니다.
CD163은 칼슘 및 pH 의존적으로 hemoglobin/haptoglobin 복합체를 결합하며, HP1F 형의 다중체 haptoglobin 복합체에 더 높은 친화성을 보입니다.
또한 CD163은 tyrosine kinase 의존적 칼슘 이동, inositol triphosphate 생성 및 IL6, CSF1 분비를 유도하는 신호 전달을 촉진합니다.
