Target Information
DAPK2는 칼슘/칼모듈린 의존성 키나아제로, apoptosis의 양성 조절 인자로 작용하며 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다.
DAPK2는 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열에 속하는 단백질을 암호화하며, N-말단에 protein kinase domain과 DAPK1과 유사한 calmodulin-binding domain을 포함합니다.
이 유전자의 과발현은 세포자멸사를 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 여러 polyadenylation site를 사용합니다.
