Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
CSRP2 is a protein containing two LIM domains, which are double zinc finger motifs found in proteins of diverse function. CSRP2 and related proteins act as protein adapters, bridging multiple proteins to form larger complexes.
The protein encoded by this gene binds to one of the LIM domains of CSRP2 and includes an acetyltransferase domain. Although detected in the cytoplasm, it is predominantly nuclear. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
