For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LIPG (Lipase G, Endothelial type) is an endothelial lipase and a member of the lipoprotein lipase gene family.
It is synthesized by endothelial cells and functions locally to modulate lipoprotein metabolism. Overexpression of LIPG can reduce HDL cholesterol levels, while deficiency increases HDL levels.
LIPG exhibits phospholipase activity and plays a role in lipid metabolism and vascular biology. It belongs to the triglyceride lipase family, characterized by a lid region providing substrate specificity.
LIPG hydrolyzes high-density lipoproteins, emulsifies triglycerides, and is essential for efficient digestion of dietary fats. It can also bind to heparin.
