Product Specific Information
- Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%); Gorilla (94%)
- For IHC(P), use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer.
- After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Target Information
P2Y8 belongs to the family of G-protein coupled receptors that are preferentially activated by adenosine and uridine nucleotides. The gene encoding this protein is moderately expressed in undifferentiated HL60 cells and is located on both chromosomes X and Y.
