고함량 세포 분석(High Content Assay)을 위해 DyLight 형광 2차 항체 선택 등 추가 최적화가 필요할 수 있습니다.

Target Information
c-Jun은 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3' 서열의 enhancer heptamer 모티프에 결합하는 전사인자입니다.
HIPK3에 의해 인산화되면 NR5A1의 활성을 촉진하여 cAMP 신호 경로 자극 시 스테로이드 생성 유전자 발현을 증가시킵니다.
또한, 대장암(CRC) 세포에서 활성화된 KRAS 매개 USP28 전사 활성화에 관여합니다.
