TRIB3 (also known as TRB-3, SINK, SKIP3)는 세포 분열 억제 단백질로, Drosophila에서 발견된 Tribbles 단백질의 포유류 상동체입니다. 이 단백질은 MAPK 활성 조절에 관여하며, TNF 자극에 의해 유도되는 NF-κB 의존적 전사를 억제하지만, NF-κB의 핵 이동이나 DNA 결합에는 영향을 주지 않습니다. 또한 TRIB3/SKIP3는 여러 인간 종양에서 과발현되며, 저산소 상태에서 조절됩니다.
