Target Information

Dynactin 3는 10개의 서브유닛으로 구성된 거대 복합체인 Dynactin의 가장 작은 서브유닛을 암호화하는 유전자입니다. Dynactin은 미세소관과 세포질 dynein에 결합하며, ER-to-Golgi 수송, 리소좀 및 엔도좀의 중심 이동, 방추체 형성, 세포분열, 염색체 이동, 핵 위치 조정, 축삭 형성 등 다양한 세포 기능에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 주로 α-helix 구조를 가지며, Dynactin의 가장 큰 서브유닛(p150)에 직접 결합합니다. 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 2개의 전사체 변형이 생성됩니다.
