Target Information
PU.1/Spi1 유전자는 ETS-domain 전사 인자를 암호화하며, 골수 및 B-림프구 세포 발달 과정에서 유전자 발현을 활성화합니다. 핵 단백질은 PU-box로 알려진 퓨린-풍부 서열에 결합하여 다른 전사 인자 및 보조 인자들과 함께 표적 유전자의 발현을 조절합니다. 또한 일부 표적 유전자의 대체 스플라이싱을 조절할 수 있으며, 다양한 전사체 변이가 보고되었습니다.
