Target Information
PTP PEST는 88 kDa의 세포질 내 단백질 티로신 인산화효소로, 포유류 조직 전반에 걸쳐 발현됩니다. 인공적인 티로신 인산화 기질을 이용한 in vitro 실험에서 높은 특이 활성을 나타내며, Ser39의 인산화에 의해 조절됩니다. 이 인산화는 protein kinase C 및 protein kinase A에 의해 촉매됩니다.
