Specificity Comments:
CD5L (CD5 molecule-like, API6, PRO229, Sp 또는 SP-ALPHA)은 scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) 계열에 속하는 347 아미노산 분비 단백질입니다. 골수, 비장, 흉선, 림프절 및 태아 간에서 발현되며, 말초 단핵세포와 결합하여 면역체계 조절 및 세포 생존에 관여합니다. 또한 apoptosis 억제 및 대식세포 생존 촉진 기능을 가질 수 있습니다.
Target Information
CD5는 67 kDa 크기의 인간 T-림프구 단일 사슬 막관통 당단백질입니다. 모든 성숙 T-림프구, 대부분의 흉선세포, 그리고 많은 T-세포 백혈병 및 림프종에서 발현됩니다. 활성화된 B-세포 일부에서도 반응하며, T-세포 증식 조절 수용체 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 림프절에서는 T-세포 영역에서 주로 반응성이 나타납니다. CD5는 T-세포 백혈병, 림프종, 활성화된 T-세포에서 발현되며, 이상 발현 시 흉선암 및 Richter’s 증후군과 관련될 수 있습니다.
