Target Information
CD5는 67 kDa 크기의 인간 T-림프구 단일사슬 막관통 당단백질입니다. 모든 성숙 T-림프구, 대부분의 흉선세포 및 다양한 T세포 백혈병과 림프종에서 발현됩니다. 또한 활성화된 B세포의 일부에서도 반응하며, T세포 증식 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다. 림프절에서는 주로 T세포 영역에서 강한 반응성이 관찰됩니다. CD5는 많은 T세포 백혈병, 림프종 및 활성화된 T세포에서 발현되며, CD5 이상은 흉선암 및 Richter’s Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
