Target Information
CD5는 67 kDa 크기의 인간 T-림프구 단일 사슬 막관통 당단백질로, 모든 성숙 T-림프구, 대부분의 흉선세포, 그리고 다수의 T세포 백혈병 및 림프종에서 발현됩니다. 또한 일부 활성화된 B세포에서도 반응하며, T세포 증식 조절에 관여하는 수용체 역할을 할 수 있습니다. CD5는 흉선세포의 95%, 말초혈 림프구의 72%에서 발견되며, 림프절에서는 T세포 영역에서 주로 반응이 관찰됩니다. CD5는 다양한 T세포 백혈병, 림프종 및 활성화된 T세포에서 발현되며, CD5 기능 이상은 흉선암 및 Richter’s Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
