Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed in HEK293 cells. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
Cytokeratins are intermediate filament proteins with high biochemical diversity, represented in human epithelial tissues by at least 20 different polypeptides. They range from 40–68 kDa in molecular weight and pI 4.9–7.8. Expression patterns of cytokeratins are characteristic of epithelial type and differentiation stage.
