Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-2 R gamma is observed.
- Less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-2 R beta, and less than 2% with rhIL-2 R alpha.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <1.0 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
IL2RG encodes the common gamma chain, a critical signaling component of multiple interleukin receptors (IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-21).
Mutations in IL2RG cause X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (XSCID) and X-linked combined immunodeficiency (XCID).
