- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
- Mouse anti-Human CD61 antibody, clone Y2/51 recognizes CD61, an approximately 105 kDa glycoprotein, also known as integrin beta 3 chain.
Target Information
CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)는 거핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발견되는 당단백질로, 혈소판 응집 및 피브리노겐, 피브로넥틴, 폰빌레브란트 인자, 비트로넥틴에 대한 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD61은 αIIb 인테그린(CD41) 또는 αV 인테그린(CD51)과 결합하여 세포 표면에서 기능하며, 세포 부착 및 세포 신호전달에 관여합니다.
CD61 이상은 Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 출혈 장애와 관련이 있습니다.
