MA1-065-A647 항체는 비인간 영장류, 소, 인간, 랫, 마우스 조직 및 햄스터(CHO) 세포에서 클라트린 중쇄를 검출합니다.
면역원은 정제된 인간 뇌 유래 클라트린 중쇄이며, 전자현미경 및 단백질 분해 맵핑 결과에 따르면 본 항체는 트리스켈리온 중심부의 경쇄 결합 부위 N-말단 쪽에 결합합니다.
Target Information
Clathrin은 코팅된 소낭과 피트의 다면체 외피를 구성하는 주요 단백질입니다. 두 가지 어댑터 단백질 복합체가 클라트린 격자를 각각 원형질막 또는 trans-Golgi network에 연결합니다.
