MA1065A555는 비인간 영장류, 소, 인간, 랫드, 마우스 조직 및 햄스터(CHO) 세포에서 클라트린 중쇄(clathrin heavy chain)를 검출합니다.
해당 항체의 면역원은 정제된 인간 뇌 클라트린 중쇄이며, 전자현미경 및 단백질분해 매핑 결과 MA1065A555는 트리스켈리온(triskelion)의 중심 허브 부위, 즉 경쇄 결합 부위의 N말단 쪽에 결합함이 확인되었습니다.
Target Information
클라트린(Clathrin)은 코팅된 소낭과 함몰부(coated pits and vesicles)의 다면체 코트(polyhedral coat)를 구성하는 주요 단백질입니다.
두 가지 어댑터 단백질 복합체가 클라트린 격자를 원형질막(plasma membrane) 또는 trans-Golgi network에 연결합니다.
