Target Information

MCHR1은 G 단백질 결합 수용체 패밀리 1에 속하는 막단백질로, melanin-concentrating hormone에 결합합니다. 이 단백질은 cAMP 축적을 억제하고 세포 내 칼슘 유입을 자극하며, 식이 조절의 신경 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다. 구조적으로 somatostatin 수용체와 유사하지만, somatostatin에는 결합하지 않습니다.
