Target Information
CHD1L은 DNA 절단 손상에 반응하여 크로마틴 단백질에 poly(ADP-ribose)(PAR)을 추가하는 PARP 효소에 의해 크로마틴 구조가 완화될 때 관여합니다. CHD1L은 PAR과 상호작용하며, DNA 손상 후 크로마틴 완화 과정에 중요한 역할을 합니다 (Ahel et al., 2009 [PubMed 19661379]).
