Target Information
이 유전자는 ATF 서브패밀리 및 bZIP (basic-region leucine zipper) 패밀리에 속하는 활성 전사 인자를 암호화합니다.
세포 성장, 생존 및 기타 생리적 과정에 관련된 하위 표적 유전자의 발현을 조절하여 세포 기능에 영향을 미칩니다.
이 단백질은 serine/threonine kinase, cAMP-dependent protein kinase A, calmodulin-dependent protein kinase I/II, mitogen- 및 stress-activated protein kinase, cyclin-dependent kinase 3 (cdk-3)에 의해 kinase-inducible domain의 serine 63에서 인산화됩니다.
인산화는 전사활성 및 세포 변형을 촉진합니다.
염색체 16의 FUS 또는 염색체 22의 EWSR1과의 전좌로 인해 형성된 융합 단백질은 angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma 및 clear cell sarcoma에서 발견됩니다.
