Target Information
전사 인자 ATF-2(CRE-BP1로도 알려짐)는 AP-1 및 CRE DNA 반응 요소에 결합하며 ATF/CREB 류신 지퍼 단백질 계열에 속합니다.
ATF-2는 다양한 바이러스 온코단백질 및 세포 종양 억제 단백질과 상호작용하며, SAPK/JNK 및 p38 MAP kinase 신호 경로의 표적입니다.
유전독성 물질, 염증성 사이토카인, 자외선 조사 등 다양한 세포 스트레스가 ATF-2의 전사 활성화를 유도하며, Thr69 및 Thr71의 인산화에 의해 활성화됩니다.
SAPK 및 p38 MAPK는 in vitro 및 ATF-2가 형질전환된 세포 내에서 이러한 부위를 인산화하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
