The monoclonal rat IgG2a, kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
The Alexa Fluor® 488 Rat IgG2a Isotype Control is reported to be useful for immunofluorescent staining, flow cytometric analysis, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry.
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspension. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Target Information
