Product Specific Information
1 µg/mL of MA5-45577 was sufficient for detection of LRP4 in 20 µg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
Detects the extracellular domain of LRP4 (~215 kDa). Degradation product observed at ~150 kDa.
This antibody was formerly sold as clone S207-27.
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein family. The encoded protein may regulate Wnt signaling. Mutations in this gene are associated with Cenani-Lenz syndrome.
