This antibody recognizes Ikaros, a transcription factor (intracellular antigen) expressed broadly in hematopoietic progenitors and serving as a key regulator of lymphopoiesis.
Target Information
DNA-binding protein IKAROS functions in the specification and maturation of T lymphocytes. It interacts with control elements in the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase promoter and other promoters expressed during early B-cell and T-cell development.
