This antibody recognizes Ikaros, a transcription factor (intracellular antigen) expressed broadly in hematopoietic progenitors and serving as a key regulator of lymphopoiesis.
Recommended dilution is for 100 µL of whole blood or 1×10⁶ cells in suspension.
Target Information
DNA-binding protein IKAROS functions in the specification and maturation of T lymphocytes. It also interacts with control elements in the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase promoter and with promoters of other genes expressed during early B-cell and T-cell development.
