The monoclonal antibody R2C-23A3 recognizes Rat IgG2c antibodies and can be used as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy. It does not recognize other rat or mouse antibody isotypes.

• Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of cells stained with rat IgG2c primary antibody.
  • Recommended usage: ≤0.06 µg per test
  • One test = amount to stain cells in 100 µL final volume
