Product Specific Information

The monoclonal antibody R2B-7C3 recognizes Rat IgG2b antibodies and can be used as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy.
It does not recognize other rat isotypes nor cross-react with mouse antibodies.
Tested for flow cytometric analysis of cells stained with rat IgG2b primary antibody.
Recommended usage ≤ 0.06 µg per test (100 µL final volume).
Excitation: 488–561 nm; Emission: 578 nm; compatible with Blue, Green, and Yellow-Green lasers.
Post-manufacturing filtration: 0.2 µm.

These reagents enable detection, sorting, or purification of target molecules and support multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).

Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled rat immunoglobulins and purified via immunoaffinity chromatography.
