Target Information
NENF는 뇌의 뉴런에서 발현되는 분비 단백질로, 신경세포 배양에서 신경영양 활성을 나타내며 교세포에서는 증식활성이 없습니다.
NENF는 MAP 및 PI3K 경로를 활성화하며, pertussis toxin에 의해 억제되지만 receptor tyrosine kinase에는 영향을 받지 않아 Gi/Go 단백질 결합 수용체를 통해 작용하는 것으로 추정됩니다.
