- Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as ~150 kDa band and upon reduction generates ~25 kDa light chain and ~50 kDa heavy chain bands.

Target Information
Granzyme B is a member of the granzyme serine protease family found in granules of cytotoxic T cells and NK cells. It plays a crucial role in apoptosis induction through caspase activation and mitochondrial pathways. Granzyme B is also known as CGL1 and CTLA-1, expressed specifically in cytotoxic lymphocytes. It interacts with mannose 6-phosphate receptor to mediate target cell death. Granzymes (A–G in mice; fewer in humans) are neutral serine proteases stored in lytic granules of CTLs and NK cells.
