Recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibodies are unique offerings from Thermo Fisher Scientific. They consist of multiple recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining polyclonal sensitivity with monoclonal specificity, and ensuring consistent recombinant production.
Functionally similar to polyclonal antibodies, they recognize multiple epitope sites and provide high sensitivity for low-abundance targets.
This antibody is predicted to react with Mouse, Rat, and Bovine.

Target Information

Histones are basic nuclear proteins responsible for the nucleosome structure of chromosomal fibers in eukaryotes. Approximately 146 bp of DNA wraps around a nucleosome composed of pairs of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4).
Chromatin fibers are further compacted through interactions with linker histone H1.
The H3 gene is intronless, lacks polyA tails, and is located in a histone cluster on chromosome 1. This record represents the telomeric copy of one of the duplicated histone genes.
